Dhaka: Biman Bangladesh Airlines reduced its fare in all domestic routes from Tk 200 to 500 targeting Eid-ul-Fitr festival.

The national flag carrier will also operate special extra flights from Dhaka to Jessore, Rajshahi and Syedpur from 15 July to carry more home-bound people centering the Eid, a press release said.

Biman also reduced its fair upto Taka 1,000 to come to Dhaka from any domestic destination of the country. The reduced fare would continue till 31 July, the release said.  

Besides, passengers can travel from Sylhet to Dhaka on Saturday costing Tk 2,000 including taxes on BG-607 that comes from London while Tk 2,500 including taxes on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday on BG-605.
