Virushka shares Roman honeymoon’s photo

Virat Kohli and Anushka are due to arrive in India after the couple tied the nuptial knot in Italy on December 11 in a close-knit ceremony, but while there was official confirmation of the couple travelling to South Africa after the conclusion of the two receptions in Delhi and Mumbai, a report suggests that they have already jetted to Rome in Italy itself for honeymoon, reports the Times Now.

Both Virat and Anushka looked beautiful in their attires which overawed the fans as soon the pictures of the ‘biggest wedding of 2017’ after the couple posted the same statement on their respective Twitter accounts.

Virushka, as they are famously known amongst fans, left Tuscany on Tuesday for a Roman honeymoon which is another extremely beautiful city in in Italy but surely not as less populated as the location where the couple tied the knot.

Twitter has been full of messages ever since the two made their wedding official by posting messages from their repective Twitter accounts.

Anushka on Friday posted a photo of their honeymoon and wrote, ‘in heaven, literally.’

Kohli, who had requested to be rested from the ongoing limited-overs series against Sri Lanka, will play lead the Indian team for the tour—which includes three Tests, six One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches.

Now that they are husband and wife, Kohli and Anushka will also be shifting to to their new residence in Worli, Mumbai in December once they return from Delhi.

‘We are extremely grateful to the media for their support and understanding in making this special occasion a memorable one and thank them for their continued love and support,’ their spokesperson was quoted as saying by Filmfare.
