NTV opens new studio in Tejgaon

International Television Channel (NTV) opened a new studio at Tejgaon Industrial Area in Dhaka on Sunday to offer its services in a better way.
The studio was inaugurated with grandiose celebration. A concert, ‘Living With Joy’, presented by Grameenphone and powered by Bizli Cables, was held on this occasion.
The inaugural ceremony began with a special prayer for the studio at about 8:30am.
The concert, which was telecasted live on NTV at about 9:00pm, started with the performance of Soul’s band singer Partho Borua.
Later, four singers of this generation rocked the stage to mark the inaugural program and also, last day of the year. The songsters are Rakib, Liza, Kishore, and Abonti Sithi.
The artistes paid tribute to the renowned figures who died last year like Nayak Raj Rajjak, singer Abdul Jabbar, Lucky Akhand, and Bari Sidiqque, through their songs. The young stars also paid respect to the martyrs of the Liberation War.
NTV Director Nuruddin Ahmed, Head of News Khairul Anwar Mukul, Human Resource and Administration Department Head Engineer Sultana A Banu, Head of Finance Golam Rowshan Yazdani, Head of NTV Online Fakaruddin Jewel, and employees of several departments.
The programme was produced by Jahangir Chowdhury, Mohammad Nuruzzaman, Kazi Mohammad Mostofa, and Wahidul Islam Shubhra and anchored by Evan Sayer, and Labonnya.
