There has been a lot reported about Mithun Chakraborty’s son Mahaakshay Chakraborty aka Mimoh's wedding being cancelled after being accused of raping and cheating a woman.

A couple of days back, it was said that he will be tying the knot on Saturday in Ooty. However, the investigating team arrived and the ceremony was cancelled. The bride’s family had also left the place.  

Now, we got our hands on a few photos of Mimoh finally tying the knot with Madalsa Sharma. The couple looked happy as ever in their wedding photos, reports the Pinkvilla.com.

Talking about the case, Delhi court had ordered the registration of FIR after the woman had complained saying that prima facie there are sufficient grounds for an FIR registration.

Following the order, Mahaakshay and Yogeeta Bali had approached the Bombay High Court seeking pre-arrest bail from arrest till the time they approached the court in Delhi. However, the court dismissed the pleas and refused to grant them any interim relief.

In the complaint, the woman had alleged that when she became pregnant, Mahaakshay had given her some medicine which led to an abortion. She has also alleged that Yogeeta Bali had threatened her if she continued to be in a relationship with her son. She had stated that she had moved to Delhi from Mumbai as she feared for her life.

The woman’s lawyer told ANI that she knew Mahaakshay for four years and that he had even got their horoscope matched, promising marriage. He said that the woman still wants to marry him but the Chakraborty family is not ready to accept her.
