Dhaka: After 15 years, the once-popular model duo of the country Adil Hossain Noble and Sadia Islam Mou are going to make a comeback to the TV commercial scene.

The commercial is being made for mobile phone operator, Robi for the company’s latest Win-back offer.

Shooting for the commercial was done at a Gulshan restaurant on 17 April.

The commercial captures the story of the dear ones making a comeback.

While talking about their commercial after 15 years, the models said: ‘If we get good stories, there is no problem in working. We are very picky about the assignment we take up. That’s why the audience still remembers us.’

Noble said the story of the commercial is excellent. That’s why we are working in it, while Mou felt the commercials these days are more story dependent. Earlier, it was more glamour focused. If the story is good the commercials get positive feedback, she said.

Noble, who is also a senior official of Robi, added, ‘As models, we have been working together for a long time. Hence, we have a responsibility towards the society and the viewers. That’s why we have to be extra cautious about the quality of the commercial as well as the quality of the product. Considering all of these factors, we have decided to work on this project. Besides, since I work in Robi, it’s more satisfying to work in the commercial.’

Sadia Islam Mou expressed her excitement to pair up with Noble once again. She hoped that the viewers will remember the commercial for a long time. She advised the new comers to have patience. She thought that if one is patient, he/ she will get opportunity to work in good projects for sure.
