Bangladesh Ganashilpi Sangstha will observe its anniversary and hold council on 30 July at Shamshur Rahman auditorium of Bangla Academy in Dhaka South city.

The daylong programme will also feature a seminar and cultural programme.

Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Rashed Khan Menon will be present on the occasion as the chief guest while educationist Sirajul Islam Chowdhury will inaugurate the event, says a press release.  

Guests to be present at the function are playwrights Mamunur Rashid, Khairul Alam Sabuj, Moloy Bhowmik, Shamshul Huda, and Shamsur Rahman. Mina Mizanur Rahman will be the keynote presenter.

Artistes from Dhaka and outside of the city will present dance pieces, dramas, and songs.
