Bangladesh film actress Shabnam Yasmin Bubly was admitted to United Hospital in Dhaka at about 10:00pm after feeling ill on Friday, said the hospital’s Duty Manager Sabbir.

The manager said Bubly came to the emergency department of the hospital with fever and other complexities. She is under medication.

Earlier in the evening on Friday, Bubly participated at the announcement function of her upcoming movie ‘Rangbaz’ at a restaurant in Dhaka's Gulshan. Her co-actor Shakib Khan and director Shamim Ahmed were also present at the programme.

The actress was taken to United Hospital as she became sick after the programme.

Shakib Khan attended the programme after being admitted to a city hospital on Thursday.
