Dhaka: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Thursday handed over the key of buses to four educational institutions for the use of their students and staff.

The institutions are Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Science and Technology University, Gopalganj, Shaheed Sheikh Abu Naser Specialised Hospital, Khulna and Khulna Medical College and Military Collegiate School, Khulna.

The prime minister handed over keys at a simple ceremony at her office to the authorities concerned.

PM's press secretary AKM Shameem Chowdhuri briefed reporters after the meeting.

Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Science and Technology University vice-chancellor Prof Khondoker Nasiruddin, director of Shaheed Sheikh Abu Naser Specialised Hospital Dr Bidhan Chandra Goswami, principal of Khulna Medical College Dr Abdullah Al Mahbub and vice principal of Military Collegiate School Lt Col Kazi Aniruddah received the keys from the prime minister on behalf of their respective organisations.
