The Khan trio — Aamir Khan, Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan — of Bollywood began their film career almost during the same time and incidentally belong to the same age group. The three have been literally ruling Bollywood since the 1990s, reports Zee News.

‘The camaraderie between the Khan trinity has been a rare thing. They even made an occasional appearance together during an event held last year, thereby giving the shutterbugs a chance to grab and seal a historic moment in their lenses.’

‘And now, the bond between the three is strengthening with time. According to a report in Bollywoodlife.com, Aamir called up SRK on the latter’s birthday to wish him and during the conversation, discussed Salman.’

‘The two are believed to have spoken about Salman’s roaring success at the Box Office this year with back-to-back blockbusters Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.’
