Pabna: Two siblings died from electrocution at Kenai Village in Faridpur upazila of Pabna on Sunday afternoon, reports UNB.

The deceased are Saiful Islam, 35, and Hazrat Ali, 30, sons of Abdus Sattar Tarafdar, a resident of the village.

Abdul Mannan, chairman of Panguli Union Parishad, said Saiful and Hazrat came in contact with a live electric wire while operating an electric motor in a field of the village at about 2:00am and died on the spot.

On information, police visited the village, said Mohammad Habibur Rahman, officer-in-charge of Faridpur Police Station.
