Manikganj: At least 30 people were injured in a head-on collision between two buses in Second Golra area on the Dhaka-Aricha Highway in Saturia upazila of Manikganj on Wednesday morning.

Police said the accident took place when two passenger-carrying buses collided head-on around 9:30am, leaving 30 passengers of the two vehicles injured.

The injured were taken to Manikganj Sadar Hospital, said officer-in-charge of Golra Highway Police Station M Habibur Rahman.
