Dhaka: Three people, including a child, suffered burn injuries following blast of a gas cylinder in the city’s Muslimbagh in Kamrangichar on Saturday.

The injured are Ripa Akhtar, 20, her two-year old son Rafsan and her aunt Sharmin,22, reports the UNB.

ASI Abdullah Khan of Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) police camp said the gas cylinder went off in the kitchen of their house around 11:45 am, leaving the trio injured.

Ripa’s husband Abdul Barek rushed them to the DMCH.
