It is said and almost proved that social media can do wonders. Recently, a Bangla song rendered by a young male musician has made a lot of buzz at least on YouTube and social media in Bangladesh, particularly on Facebook, for its being re-rendered in various versions i.e. female version, child version etc.
Let’s come to the point.
Titled ‘Oporadhi’, the song has been penned, tuned and rendered by Arman Alif while Ankur Mahamud is the music director. A music video featuring the song was released on YouTube on April 26 this year.
Since then, the video has been viewed over 35 million times on YouTube, which has made it arguably the most viewed music video on the platform.
The song is about a lovelorn young man yearning for his beloved and accusing her for leaving him despite his various sacrifices for her.
