EC to announce election schedule on Nov 8

Dhaka: The Election Commission will announce the schedule for the 11th parliamentary elections on November 8.

The decision was taken at a meeting of the Commission on Sunday, reports the UNB.

‘Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) KM Nurul Huda will announce the election schedule through an address to the nation some time on the day (Nov 8),’ Election Commissioner Brig Gen (retd) Shahadat Hossain Chowdhury said while talking to reporters after the meeting.
