National University introduces call centre
National University has introduced a call centre so that people from home and abroad can get answers for their queries about the university.
Harun-or-Rashid, vice-chancellor of the University, inaugurated the call centre in a programme at the University’s Dhanmondi office in Dhaka on Saturday.
The vice-chancellor said, ‘More than 200,000 students of the colleges under the University, their parents and other people used to face procrastination and harassment while trying to get any information regarding the University. Now, that harassment will end with the opening of this call centre.’
People from home and abroad will be able to avail the instant information service by dialling 09614-016429.
This call centre is a breakthrough in making the management system of the University more dynamic and time-befitting, added Harun-or-Rashid.
