Dhaka: A total of 532 educational institutions have achieved 100 per cent pass rate in the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and its equivalent examinations across the country this year.

Of those, 40 institutions are from Dhaka Board, 22 from Rajshahi, 7 from Comilla, 41 from Jessore, 1 from Chittagong, 6 from Barisal, 8 from Sylhet, 11 from Dinajpur while the number of 100 per cent successful institutions under Madrasa Board is 250 and 146 under Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB).

A total of 848 educational institutions have achieved 100 per cent pass rate in the HSC and its equivalent examinations last year.

This year, students from 8,771 educational institutions took part in the HSC examinations.
