Dhaka: The admission test for the first year honours’ courses of Dhaka University (DU) Cha-unit under the academic session 2017-2018 was held on Saturday.

DU Vice-Chancellor Prof Md Akhtaruzzaman, Treasurer Prof Kamal Uddin, Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts and Coordinator of Cha-Unit Admission Test Prof Nisar Hossain, DU Acting Proctor M Amzad Ali and senior teachers and officers of the university visited different examination halls during the test.

A total of 13,472 admission seekers appeared in the test under Cha-Unit against 135 seats this year, sources at Du register building said.

The test was held between 10am and 11am at 11 centres inside the university campus.

Meanwhile admission test for drawing under Cha-Unit are scheduled to be held between 10am and 11.30am on September 23.
