Dhaka: Amid the buzzing rumours of question paper leak, University of Dhaka will publish the results of D (Gha) Unit entrance test for first year honours courses for the 2017-18 academic sessions on Sunday.

The university authorities said the result will be published at about 1:30pm.

The Gha’ unit is known as the combined unit for science, business studies and humanities group students.

The one-hour test was held on 20 October from 10:00am to 11:00am at 86 centers inside and outside of the campus.

A total of 98,054 applicants sat for the examinations against 1,610 seats under three groups (Science -1147 seats, Business studies - 410 seats, and Humanities - 53 seats).

Around 15 people, including two Dhaka University (DU) students, were detained for their alleged involvement in question paper leakage and illegally using electronic devices during the entrance test.
