Dhaka: University Grants Commission (UGC) chairman Professor Abdul Mannan will deliver convocation speech at the special and first annual convocation of Kazi Nazrul University (KNU), Asansol, West Bengal.

The convocation of KNU will be held at the premises of the university on 28 January.

Keshari Nath Tripathi, Governor of West Bengal and Chancellor of the University will preside over the convocation while Dr Partha Chatterjee, Minister-in-Charge, Department of Higher Education, Government of West Bengal will present as guest of honour on the occasion.
