Dhaka: The results for this year's Higher Secondary Certificate and its equivalent examinations will be published on August 18.

The Education Ministry made the announcement on Monday.

Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid, along with chairman of the education boards, will hand over a copy of the results to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at her office on that day.

Then the results will be officially announced at a press conference at the secretariat.
