Dhaka: The Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations which were postponed due to the city corporation elections have been rescheduled, says the education ministry’s deputy secretary Shubodh Chandra Dhali.

The examinations scheduled for 26 April will be held on 2 May, Saturday at 10:00am and 2:00pm while the examinations of 27 April and 28 April has been fixed on 4 and 16 May respectively.

Examinations on Civics and Good Governance second paper, Civics second paper, Biology second paper, Business Entrepreneurship and Practical Management, Finance, Banking and Insurance, and English Short Hands will be held at 10:00am on 2 May.

Islamic History and Culture (Islamic Studies) second paper and Classical Music will held at 2:00pm.

Moreover, Agricultural Studies, Statistics, and Higher Engineering Drawing and Survey examinations under Technical board will be held on 4 May while Psychology examination is scheduled to be held on 16 May.
