Dhaka: Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD), the student wing of BNP, on Saturday called an indefinite strike at Dhaka University from Sunday demanding the resignation of Vice Chancellor AAMS Arifin Siddique and co-existence of the activists of all political parties on the campus.

JCD central office secretary M Abdus Sattar Patwary said they will enforce the indefinite strike from tomorrow (Sunday) to press home their demands.

“We will continue our strike until the demands are met’’ he added.
