SSC, equivalent exam results today
Dhaka: The results of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and its equivalent examinations will be published on Thursday.
The results will be handed over to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the morning.
Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid will announce the results at a press briefing in the conference room of his ministry, the Education Ministry sources said.
Results will be available on the websites of the respective Education Boards and Educational Institutions while examinees will get the results through SMS.
This year, 17,86,613 students—9,10,501 boys and 8,76,112 girls—participated in the examinations.
Of them, 14,25,900 students appeared in the SSC examination under eight general education boards. Some 2,56,501 students participated in the Dakhil examinations while 1,04,212 students attended in the SSC vocational examinations.
