Dhaka: Junior School Certificate and Junior Dakhil Certificate examinations will begin on 1 November.

The decision was taken in an education ministry meeting at the Secretariat in Dhaka.

An official familiar to the process told BSS that the examination timetable would be announced later.

The JSC and JDC examinations will end on 18 November, he added.

Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid, Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Director General Fahima Khatun, Additional Secretary Aruna Biswas and several other officials were present at the meeting.
