Dhaka: Popular actors Sajal and Badhon have paired up for Kalapatar Ghar, a teledrama to be telecast on a private satellite television channel.

Story of the teledrama revolves around a married couple — Mahin and Shanta. The couple has been living a happy life until Mahin gets back to home every night being drunk. He has developed an extramarital affair with Ishara. Mahin eventually marries Ishara despite Shata’s protest.

Shanta, being insulted, left home. Ishara turns out a fraud. She grabbed Mahin’s properties with the help from her secret lover. Mahin couldn’t bear the stress and have had a cardiac arrest that leaves him paralysed for the rest of his life. Ishara’s lover, the trickster, comes into the scene. He offers money needed for Mahin’s treatment. In return, he wants to marry Shanta. The story moves forward.

Directed by GM Saikat, the teledrama will be telecast on Massranga television at 7:40pm on 6 November.
