Heavily pregnant Kim Kardashian has never been one for traditional maternity wear, so she certainly wouldn't be starting at eight months pregnant.  

But Kanye West's wife has outdone herself this time, ditching the tight fitting maternity wear of recent to wearing practically nothing at all.

The reality star (35) is expecting her second child with husband Kanye West, a little brother for daughter North (two) and incorporated her signature style into her end-of-pregnancy wardrobe.  

Last year at Paris Fashion Week, she was pictured wearing a similar sheer lace number to the Givenchy show, flanked by her family, and she has made just a few twists to her iconic ensemble - namely her large baby bump.  

Kim opted fro a dramatic lip and slicked back hairstyle at the 2015 LACMA Art+Film Gala at LACMA museum last night, just 24 hours after partying the night away to celebrate her mother Kris Jenner's ostentatious 60th birthday party.   

The Great Gatsby themed bash cost an estimated $2m and attracted a host of celebrities led of course by tv's most famous family. Even her ex, Caitlyn Jenner sent a special video message - from a bathtub.  

Despite being in her last trimester, she had no qualms attending the conservative event in the very racy outfit.    

Kim Kardashian also shocked fans in September when she stepped out in New York with her blossoming baby bump on full show.    

In an even more daring outfit that the one she wore two months ago, it was almost like pregnant Kim had pulled a pair of tights over her body.
