London: British musician Elton John has accused singer Janet Jackson of ‘lip-syncing’ during her live shows.

In an interview with the Rolling Stones magazine, John also expressed disagreement over the fact that music critics give the diva's concerts rave reviews, reports aceshowbiz.com.

‘You know, f**king music magazines writing a review of Janet Jackson saying, 'This is the greatest show - four and a half stars.' It's f**king lip-synced,’ John claimed.

‘Hello! That's not a show! I'd rather go and see a drag queen. F**k off,’ he added.

Jackson, who collaborated with John on the 1999 hit ‘I know the truth’, has yet to respond to his accusation.

She is now gearing up to resume her tour, which comes in support of her 2015 comeback album ‘Unbreakable’, after rescheduling a number of its shows due to her health condition.
