Shajal, Anneysa, Keya on ETV Eid drama

Dhaka: Abdun Noor Shajal, Chashi Alam, Keya Rahman, and Anneysa are coming on ETV on the 5th day of Eid-Ul-Fitre at 8:00pm, titled ‘Cheyecho Jokhon’, directed by Farhad Ahmed, written by Ahmed Tahsin Shams.
The story is about the fall of a womanizer (Shobdo) who is a photographer. He has a memory disorder of forgetting names— oblivion to girls’ names. Mithila is the only friend of Shobdo, and she loved him unconditionally but she never expressed her feelings. Once Shobdo met a model named Rodoshi in a photo-shoot and they had a casual affair.
Interestingly, Shobdo noticed that he is calling every girl as ‘Rodoshi’ whereas they had no contact after that brief affair. For the first time he didn’t forget someone’s name. But when he went to Rodoshi to share this change in him— he discovered that Rodoshi couldn’t remember his name. He was shocked and hurt as well meeting his own mirror. Now, what happens in the end— can only be discovered after watching the drama.
‘The screenplay of the drama has time-shuffles with relevant smooth transitions, and doesn’t move in a linear line so the viewers would get a variety in screen presentation,’ said script writer Ahmed Tahsin Shams.
About the drama, the director said, ‘We experimented on Shajal’s attire as well as makeover. I hope the viewers will enjoy.’
