Dhaka: The University Grant Commission (UGC) instructed all universities of Bangladesh to protest the Gulshan terror attack on 1 July 2016 through a human chain on Monday.

In this regard, Notre Dame University Bangladesh (NDUB) formed a human chain at 11:00am on Monday, said a press release.

Fr. Benjamin Costa, CSC, the Vice Chancellor of NDUB, Fr. Subas Adam Pereira, CSC, Registrar of NDUB, Fr. Lawrence N. Das, CSC, Proctor of NDUB, faculty members and students peacefully formed a human chain in protest of religious fanaticism occurring in the country at present.
