Ever since Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor are back in town, the two have been behaving strangely.

Even though they are clearly together, the two make all attempts to hide themselves from the papparazzi every time they see a camera flash.

A similar incident took place at the suburbs a little while back. Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora were snapped in Bandra.

They were captured outside a famous hospital but the two did not wish to get clicked together.

While Malaika was often captured with Arjun Kapoor, Arjun was also clicked solo.

Malaika visited the hospital before Arjun joined her. Interestingly this hospital visit comes around the time when their marriage rumours at the peak, reports the dnaindia.com.

It is being reported that the two will be tying the knot anytime soon, in this month itself. What has caught our attention even more is that they made the visit together.
