No dialogue with BNP, declares Nasim
Rajshahi: Health Minister Mohammad Nasim on Tuesday said there will be no dialogue with BNP, which he dubbed as the patrons of the killers of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the four national leaders.
The minister made the remark while attending a 14-party alliance divisional mass gathering programme at Zero-point in the city, reports the UNB.
Nasim said the next national election will be held as per the constitution. There is no power in the world that can create obstacle in holding election, he said adding that the 14-party alliance will be victorious in upcoming polls.
Indicating at BNP-Jamaat, the minister said, ‘We achieved victory in an ‘empty field’ in last election but do not want the same to happen this time. So do not involve in conspiracy and take part in next election.’
Awami League Joint-General Secretary Jahangir Kabir Nanok, Workers’ Party President Rashed Khan Menon, and General Secretary Fazle Hossain Badshah also addressed the rally chaired by Rajshahi city corporation (RCC) mayor AHM Khairuzzaman Liton.
